Prelude to an epic life

I'm Abbi, a Creative Writing student at Winchester Uni.
I love books- fantasy e.g. Sherrilyn Kenyon and Trudi Canavan. I love Ellen Hopkins' books-Impulse and Burned are my favourites. I adore Nicholas Sparks, he makes you believe in love again :')
I love films- Romances: The Notebook, Musicals: Moulin Rouge, Fantasy: Sin City, X-Men.
I love music: Adele, Ludovico Einaudi, Chase & Status, The Prodigy. I listen to Radio 4 or Classic FM.
Love TV: Doctor Who, period dramas, Misfits, Glee.
I listen to a lot of fiction podcasts and love listening to stories. I would recommend podcastle for fantasy, escape pod for sci-fi, and drabblecast for strange fiction.
I have fantastic friends all who I think I would be a lesser person without :)

A History of Corners: with Victoria Coren

“Corners are where little Jack Horner ate his pie. Several hundred years later, Dizzee Rascal ‘rapped’ about being a boy in one. Corners have been an essential part of popular culture for centuries. And yet, incredibly, they didn’t exist at all until 1384.”

I really wish that they’d actually made a whole spoof documentary like this. I would have watched it :).

 I would watch Victoria Coren read the fucking phone book.

Haha, I love her! I would probably watch her read the phonebook too.
